Creating a Workfile Event
Workfile events are logged in the Events tab. Your
Additionally, events can be added to closed workfiles.
To create a workfile event
- Open or create a workfile, and then select the Events tab.
- Select New Event from the toolbar. The New Event screen opens.
- Select Event droplist, and then select an event type from the list.
- Adjust the date and time values if needed.
- Enter the event information in the Comments field.
- Click Save and Close or Save and New. The event is recorded in the workfile Events tab. Some events are also communicated to the insurance company.
